Yes, that's a lot better. Really enjoying this new Street NC project. Rear brake calipers painted red to match our front Budget Big Brakes with the 4 piston Red Caliper since this is a street focused project and doesn't need the 6 piston. Feels great. Car is getting a lot of stoplight compliments.

One more nice 'touch' added today, our Cipher steering wheel. The factory 08 wheel was a mess, leather was really torn up by prior owner wearing metal rings on both hands. Thicker new wheel feels and looks great! Few things make the car feel NEW again like changing the control surfaces you actually touch, now with new steering wheel and shift knob the car feels much newer and fresh.

Another angle....showing our latest street NC project brakes, wheels, etc. Been driving this car daily, really enjoying it. Normally I cannot wait to get a 2.5 in, but the 2.0 with 75k in this 08 feels reasonably strong, will dyno the starting hp when we can.

Cool stuff just arriving!

Our now-turbocharged "Budget NC" had a clutch failure at Circuit of the Americas which then destroyed our 6 speed, so we finished the event on a backup junkyard 5 speed with the boost turned down.

That 6 speed has just come back from a rebuild at Walter Motorsports, and with perfect timing OS Giken has sent us this hot new Twin Plate Clutch and flywheel assembly for the NC 6 speed to try out.
