2003 NB Shinsen Edition, Needing Tires and/or Wheels

Hello Forum Members,

I have a need to find decent tires for my Shinsen, currently fully stock running 205/45-16 size tires on stock rims. I am having difficulty finding tires locally and am looking to order some. My online reviewing has sent me in the direction of possibly replacing the rims with 15s of some sort. My preference though would be to find tires with some mileage warranty. I do not want to modify or roll my fenders. Any suggestions? I am not a racer, though I do like running curving winding roads and want to maintain good rubber to the road.
