hey brian
how many rivets do the flare kit come with?
i received only 40 with the package but i noticed pictures of your car's flares has at least 12-14 on each corner.....and is it supposed to come with instructions because i did not receive instructions along with the kit

No instructions exist, AWR assumes a body shop install on that. But see some install pics of the stages of fitting in the thread here:

You are right on the rivets, I have 13 per corner. I can ask the maker on those to mail you another bag.

ok thank you,
do you need my shipping address again or do you already have it?
and will I have to pay for the rivets and shipping again?

Brian

I'm about to take the plunge and buy a set of these. I had a few questions about the install.

What did you use to trim the fenders? (Air powered cut off wheel, dremel, etc)

For the welding. what kind of welder did you use and what kind of metal needs to be welded? (aluminum, steel, tungsten :joke:)

Thanks

The welding is of the factory steel fender layers back together...see the pics.

As for cutting tool, an air saw, cutting wheel, or any other preferred choice should be fine.
