tires for stock NA

Decided to start another thread, in the proper catagory. Original located here:

I am considering purchasing either the 15x8 or 16x8 wheels, but will be several months before I do so. Meanwhile, I am in need of replacing the tires on my stock NA. Do you have any suggestions as to tire size and/or brand?

I recommend 205/50-15 Azenis RT615 on 15X7 wheels, 38-43 offset. 15X7.5 are great too, but the 7" are usually cheaper and easier to find.

Azenis are great, but the Hankook RS2 appears to be a good choice/value. Kumho MX also a good deal.

After much research this is what I found...Tires that will fit the stock NA wheels:

185/60/14 (stock)
195/60/14
195/55/14

195/55/14 T1r is the tire I would recommend. I had the T1s in that size on my NA. Great ride, super in wet and sticky. Some folks complain about the sloppy turn-in, but the trade off for ride quality is worth it, unless you autocross.
