Came in today and mounted up. For reference they are the 17x9 nickel version. "Nickel" is definitely more silver than anything else, and matches the sunlight silver quite well, maybe a little brighter. The tungsten I suspect is more of a fit for galaxy gray. For a stock car I would've gone rp-f1 due to weight but I intend to fit the big brake kit to shed some of the speed from the turbo so that is not an option.
Compared to my RE-01r on 17x8, I rub more, but this is with 245/40 Kumho v700 R-comps so they run thicker. Fenders must be rolled for these in the rear at the very least, and I run some pretty aggressive camber (2.2 in the rear 2.1 front). The rear fender lips are approximately 1/2 way bent in, perhaps a bit more. Front is untouched. 255's would certainly require a more aggressive roll/pull for those extra 5 mm.

Re: About the new 6ULR 17x9 wheel's...FINALLY IN STOCK
Brian ... here's what I make of this so far ...
the nickle color is like a matte finish silver, not polished like a chrome?
(making it a lot like the finish on the stock wheels for an '07 GT)
And the Tungsten is more of a light grey?
Also, 245's seems to require fender roll while 235's don't
(this on a NC with a stock suspension) Do I have it right?
So I'm thinking that a set of 17x9's in nickle with a set of 235/40/17's would
be a bolt on situation .. thoughts

Yes, the Tungsten is a very nice grey/graphite color.
Yes, 235/40/17 is plug and play with this wheel....and the 245 needs fender lip roll.
