Brian,
Any tips or gotchas?
My car has been living at the dealer while awaiting a replacement Mazdaspeed nose so I can't just open the trunk to see what's in store. I assume bolts, not screws? Rubber grommets since this is a street car? Instructions in the box that I didn't spot?
I've never worked with fiberglass, can you recommend a particular type of primer when I paint it?

Nothing special about the install....line it up, mark holes, drill, mount. Indeed proper primer should be used. That's it...

Re: NC Goodwin trunk spoiler install
One other question:
Is the spoiler made with polyester resin or epoxy resin? Apparently, that makes a difference when painting.
Thanks

Re: NC Goodwin trunk spoiler install
Brian, two questions:
1. Does the rear spoiler protrude beyond the bodywork as seen from above?
2. What is the total length (chord) of the rear spoiler?
It looks legal for SCCA CSP rules, just curious. Thanks!

Hi Chris
Our item is absolutely tiny compared to a full CSP legal unit.....and designed for track speeds (not very effective at autocross speeds). Thus, legal...but won't help much for CSP. Picture below is typical CSP legal spoiler....about four times bigger.

Yep, thought so. I already have plans to build a barn door, er, rear spoiler for my NC during this offseason. I was just looking at options. Thanks!
