koni and GC install pointers needed

Hi Brian.

I am finally getting around to installing my Konis and GCs this weekend.

I was wondering how you set the ride height before setting the car on the ground?

Also, what ride height would be good to start with? I am run in STS2 with the stock 99 15" wheels and 205/50/15 Falkens.

Do you have any other pointers for me? This will be my first attempt at a shock install.
