I'm assuming that is due to the bankruptcy of JIC in Japan? I know the regular JIC's are listed as being sold out but since the CSP ones aren't listed as such, do you have them in stock?Brian wrote:Currently that's right. The JIC are almost as adjustable with multiple independent sections but they have been out of stock for a long time while JIC changes their factory.

Re: suspension upgrade
Just curious, Brian. As you know I've got the original JIC package -- how would you compare that to the spectrum of products that have since come on the market?

Re: suspension upgrade
Still good for the money. The Ohlins are better (several pounds lighter per corner, better valving, etc)....but for a grand more you expect that.jboemler wrote:Just curious, Brian. Re: suspension upgrade
Brian, when purchasing new coilovers for an 06 mx5 are the recommended height settings already set? If not, what measurement are ideal for DD or is it just a personal preference?
Re: suspension upgrade
None are pre-set. Set to preference...depending on road quality in your daily drive, etc.

Re: suspension upgrade
Do these Ohlins maintain Stock classification? If not, what is the recommendation for shocks which do maintain Stock classification.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Re: suspension upgrade
Sorry, full coilovers not for stock class.
We recommend KONI SPORT for stock class
