What's the benefit of switching to RX8 front hubs? Larger bearings? Change in geometry? (what's the change?)

just more heavy duty unit for those who are racing.

Hey,is there a left and right side?
Or does one part# fits both sides...?

Same item fits both sides.

Added bonus: F189-33-04X RX-8 hubs are 2/3 the price of the NE51-33-04X MX-5 items. Win!

So does that mean the F189 part has the abs ring or no. Or does the ring need to be removed and added to the rx8 hub?

F189-33-04X includes the trigger ring, and the Miata ABS sensor just bolts up to it. They're sealed units - there would be no way to remove it without destroying the whole assembly.
