Where is Waldo (Brian)?

Had a few free days with the holiday this week for a quick getaway. On these trips I always try and rent a Miata when I can and this one was a little rough but gave us plenty of fun nonetheless.
Anybody want to guess where we are in this picture?

Looks like Washington State, Puget Sound. I have not been in years, but my grandmother lives up there.
When I was a kid we spent lots of time visiting the various islands.
