2000 manifold to 2003 OEM manifold conversion

I plan to get rid of the cast iron 2000 OEM manifold. I have a donated 2003 OEM manifold. I also have new upper and lower heat shields, new EGR tube and gaskets.
Will the rest of my 2000 exhaust piping and rear cat fit on the 2003 manifold.
Where does the front O2 sensor get moved to?
