The Ampliform is a new wheel design from Konig fresh off the 2017 SEMA floor. Flow formed construction means it should be light and strong.

Brian,
What are your impressions of these wheels? I've had my eyes on them since they were announced. I was originally looking at Enkeis, but Konig has caught my attention recently, with their Flow Formed wheels. I'm liking the weight, price, and style deltas...but hesitate because I'm unsure of quality, and finish (attention to detail, etc.)

Re: Konig Ampliform - New Flow Formed Wheel!
A few years ago Enkei licensed their flow form tech to parent company of Konig. That has led to Konig coming to market with lots of amazing flow formed choices like Ultraform, Dekagram, and this Ampliform. I still have that set on the Fiat for daily driving, lots of compliments, I like them a lot. Quality looks great, even little things that are not obvious from the pics look really good, for example these have bolt on aluminum caps when EVERYTHING else in this price range is cheap snap on plastic caps.

That’s nice to know!
Funny you mention Konig’s parent company. I just saw a video where a YHI rep was talking about how they produce the Tuning Series wheels for Enkei. Looks like I’ll be buying their product, whether I go with the Ampliform or the Enkei TM7, LOL.

Re: Konig Ampliform - New Flow Formed Wheel!
Brian,
Looking at all the photos, some of the wheels look flat-face, and some look convex. Would you mind sharing the specs of the various wheels shown? I personally prefer a flat-faced look, and wouldn’t want to order a convex wheel by mistake.
Many thanks!
