lookin to modify 2001 miata

First off my name is and i know next to nothing when it comes to upgrading my 2001 miata... i will be back in the states in about 4 1/2 months and am tryin to do all the research i need to change my miata... right now it is a stock 2001 6 speed... is it possible to get it running in the 13's for the quarter mile with less than $6,000 in upgrades? and what would be the best upgrades to go with?

Yep, one of our turbo kits with intercooler and clutch kit will get you there...

thats it? the rest of the stock components will handle the turbo? which turbo would be good, intercooler and clutch kit would be a good choice?
