Miata R spring rates

I am looking for some help to find out the spring rates for a 94-97 Miata R model. I see that for a 94 manual trans standard Showa equiped Miata, the front rate is 153 # and the rear is 96.9 #, while a 90-93 Miata has a F of 164 # and a rear of 96.7#. So, I'm trying to figure out what the correct rate is for the R model and how to identify the spring: e.g. spring color. Anyone help out there? and do the 90-93 springs fit a 94-97 car with Koni adjustables? thanks
