wheel offset question

im looking for 15x7 inch wheels. I am wondering what offset would be able to house both the 215/45/15 toyo t1-r's and the 225/45/15 toyo ra-1's. I have a 94 miata. thanks you for the help.

Safe choice to get those under factory fender is 40-43mm range. IF you are okay rolling fender lips you can go all the way down to 30mm.
