Install instructions for NB Radiator Panel Cover part # 61-2588

Note install photos show a rough prototype in raw aluminum. Production version is powdercoated and slightly different in shape.

Install is simple, figure 30 minutes including a lunch break
Comes with just 2x bolts/washers/lockwashers, and two brackets.

Install the pair of supplied brackets under the two factory bolts (red arrows):

Remove the two upper radiator brackets (blue arrows).
Install the radiator cover panel with the pair of supplied bolts/washers/lock washers screwed into the two brackets you just installed (green arrows).
Reinstall the upper radiator brackets on top of the radiator cover panel.

Comes with 3x bolts/washers/lockwashers.

Note install photo shows a rough prototype in raw aluminum. Production version is powdercoated and slightly different in shape.

For NA version, the front airbag sensor wiring loom runs over the cross bar, so that loom needs to be relocated to run under the cross bar so that the radiator cover panel can sit flat. To relocate the loom, disconnect wiring harness by Left side shock tower and unbolt the airbag sensor by the hood latch. Remove, then reinstall with wiring running under the cross bar instead of above it. Do not install the rear bolt that holds the sensor to the cross bar, again so that the new panel can sit flat.

With the wiring moved, install the radiator panel cover with the three supplied bolts/washers/lock washers. (Yellow arrows):
