I have tried all three. I prefer the Motul.

How is that cold weather shifting with the 75-140? Or can i do the 75-90 will it offer the same protection

Since we are in San Diego we really don't get that 'cold' here. So, you might ask that question again in Miata.net forum if located in area that gets much colder. Here in San Diego even the Redline does not shift well in what we call 'cold', like 40f and below. Have not noted that issue with the Motul.

Unless I'm missing something, isn't the "75" in "75-90" and "75-140" the cold viscosity? If so, I would expect both to shift similarly in the cold... The "140" would tell me that the oil is a little bit thicker at temperature than the "90", so hot shifting would feel better.

Apparently for what inhave read in cold climates that 75-140 is harder to shift problem is not sure how cold, am in sac so its 40’s here and i dont know if i want to waste $100+ in oil to experiment, might just stick to amsoil
