Brian,
Do you foresee any issues in terms of continuing to get access to great Öhlins products in the wake of the acquisition? Just curious.

Brembo Acquisition of Öhlins
Re: Brembo Acquisition of Öhlins
Great question and we too are curious. No word to us directly at this time but expect at SEMA industry show next month we might get some answers.

Re: Brembo Acquisition of Öhlins
SEMA was a whirlwind, as always!
We met with Ohlins while there and posed this exact question to them. GOOD news on that front; obviously it is still early days on this acquisition, so some things are "time will tell", but our guys at Ohlins expect that they will remain mostly autonomous and free to do exactly what they have been doing for years. No major changes expected. For reference, they pointed out that AP Racing was bought by Brembo several years back, and if you didn't know that had happened you'd have had no clues to it from any changes on their end in terms of product offerings, supply chain, etc.
So in short, they expect the acquisition to open up some additional resources for their company, but for the most part they think it will be "business as usual".
