Will installing an EGT probe in the RS midpipe cat give me an accurate measurement of the exhaust temps or will it just provide a reference point.
Any idea what the normal temps should be?
BTW, I'm running a supercharger (8psi).

Indeed, that's the whole idea is to allow you to monitor temps...

I was just curious as to what temps I can expect to see from that location.
idle temp?
cruising?
WOT?
I know that every set up is different, but I just wanted to know what temperature is considered "extremely hot?
