Anyone know where or what webpage i can find the Rear Under Spolier for a 92NA??? I find the front air dam but not the one for the rear

Sorry, I believe the factory R package underbody spoilers were discontinued by Mazda. Check your local dealer to see if they can still order those but I think finding it used is your only option at this point.
