TSW makes them and they are called "Thruxtons", Thanks for the compliment. I can't wait to put them back on, I installed snow tires on factory wheels.

Nice wheels, do you have full specs on them? 18x8?

Yes 18x8, I believe 43 or 45mm offset, fit perfect. Hood bra is an ebay item, fits great and only around 24 dollars.
