For a NC. Eibach Sportlines with Tokico HTS or KW automotive variant 1 (220f, prog rear) no damper adjustablity.
Basically its damper adjust vs. height adj. I'm kinda turned off by the spring rate of the eibachs.

You want adjustable damping. You also want higher spring rates. The Eibach springs are just not going to be competitive in CSP.
