Install koni + Racing Beat MX5 Miata Springs

I order the Racing Beat MX5 Miata Springs fot my NC.

I do not know what is the front spring and what is the rear.

Secound, can i install the Koni and the springs myself? i would like to do it but afraid ir will be too complicated ...
