crankshaft removal

im trying to removal the crankshaft out of my 1.6 and it looks like the block is built around it, i am wanting to replace the front and rear main seals. any help would be appreciated
93 White turbo last time on the dyno 275rwhp @ 15psi.

Both the front and rear main seals may be replaced with the engine still in the car. Be careful when prying out the old seals that you do not scratch the sealing surface. Refer to http://www.miata.net/garage/ for lots of good information on servicing your own car.

i got it. once i cleaned up the old silicone and junk i saw what needed to be done.
93 White turbo last time on the dyno 275rwhp @ 15psi.
