I have a 01 miata and wanted to get ground control coilovers and koni sport springs but i do not know what spring rate to get. I will be using my miata for the canyons mainly and the track sometimes. I was thinking of getting 500/350 but im not sure. Also will the koni shocks work with that spring rate? Thanks for the help.
